Description
Three chest tombs are located in the churchyard between 4 and 6 meters north of the nave of the Church of St Michael and All Angels. These tombs date from the late 18th century and are made of limestone.
The southwest tomb features a plinth, two shield-shaped fielded panels, fielded pilasters with rosettes, and an inscription dedicated to the Tucker family. The northwest tomb has two fielded panels, quarter balusters at the corners, and a scrolled center panel with balusters, along with an inscription for Elizabeth Long, who died in 1777. The east tomb is lower in height and has two oval panels set into a fielded panelled main side, though it has no legible inscription. All three tombs are topped with moulded cornices.
