It is set end to the road and features roughcast on timber framing, along with brick and rubble stonework. The cottage has a thatched roof and consists of a single storey with an attic. It has one bay with a gable stack, which is extended by a second bay beyond the stack, and includes a single storey pantiled lean-to. Each bay has a boarded door, and there are timber casement windows. The gable is framed with wattle and daub infill, and the roof is half hipped. There is a brick stack, with a second stack added alongside the lean-to.
