Description
The Furnell monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 9 meters south of the Church of St. Margaret of Antioch. It dates from the late 17th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a plinth and recessed panels on the main sides and ends, with particularly well-crafted lettering. It has a moulded top with a raised panel. The monument commemorates Elizabeth Furnell, who died in 1674.
