Description

The garden wall and gate piers date to the 1850s. Constructed from local grey limestone, the wall is built with rubble, while the gate piers are of ashlar masonry. The rubble walls define the garden boundary with the road. The octagonal gate piers have hollow-chamfered plinths and oversailing caps, possibly later adorned with ball finials. A 20th-century gate is present. The structures are listed for their group value.
