Description

Gate piers and garden walls to St Anne's, dating from the 1840s, are constructed from local grey limestone rubble and front the road. The gate piers are cement-rendered and roughcast, featuring a square section with a plinth, platband, and shallow pyramidal caps. Each face of the piers has sunk roughcast panels. This structure is part of a well-preserved villa development and is included for its group value.
