Description
A terrace of three houses located on Lower Polsham Road, constructed around the 1840s. The houses are stuccoed with a slate roof, gabled to the right end, and feature an axial stack to the right of the centre and two rear lateral stacks. Number 11A has a double-depth plan, while the others are single-depth with rear lean-tos.
The facade is arranged with a 1:1:2 window rhythm. Deep eaves are supported by moulded brackets. Number 11A, on the right, is double-fronted and retains a recessed 19th-century six-panel door with a plain overlight. It has two ground-floor and two first-floor twelve-pane sashes. Number 15 has a similar door and one ground-floor and one first-floor twelve-pane sash. Number 17 features a recessed 20th-century door with a plain overlight; the windows have been reglazed with 20th-century casements within the original window openings. The interior of the properties remains unseen but may contain original features.
