Lodge, c.1840 with C20 additions. Rubble with ashlar dressings, hipped slate roofs, ashlar stack with coping and brick top. Square plan. Single storey, 2 x 2 windows, all 2-light in pointed arch with leaded lights, central porch, panelled door with upper margin glazing in pointed arched opening with drip mould and pointed arched window to each side, ashlar plinth and quoins, plain wooden eaves cornice, C20 extension at rear. Forms a group with St. Swithin's Farmhouse (q.v.).
