Description

Prospect House is an early 19th-century building located on Park Road. It features rendered walling with end pilaster strips and has a low-pitched, hipped slate roof with wide eaves. The building is L-shaped, with its main facade facing east. It stands three storeys tall and has three windows, which include glazing bar sashes set in architraves on the ground floor. The ground floor also has shallow bracketed and pedimented cornices with a scallop design in the tympanum. There are some blocked windows at the rear and a tall semi-circular headed staircase light. Additionally, there is a plain door opening in the angle to the rear, which is situated under a modern lean-to.
