Description
The Kings Arms Hotel is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of High Street in Kingswood. It is two storeys high with pebbledashed walling and features moulded parapet copings and end pilasters. The roof is a modern double-saddle hipped design covered with pantiles. The front has three windows, which are glazing bar sashes set in reveals with flat heads that have projecting stepped voussoirs. There is a central arched doorway with a fanlight above it. The ground floor has a later addition of a glazed-tile dado. To the right, there is a single-storey extension with one window and an arched doorway that includes a keystone and imposts. Above the doorway, there is a shaped and moulded panel for an inn-sign.
