Description

Dorset House is an early 19th-century building located on Devonshire Street. It features a painted brick facade with a moulded eaves cornice and a hipped slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall and has one window on the second floor and one window on the first floor. The ground floor includes one window and a small shop window, with a central door. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, boxed frames, and stuccoed lintels. The shop window has a small round arched door. The house door consists of eight raised and fielded panels, an architrave, and a rectangular fanlight with tracery, topped by a stuccoed lintel.
