Description

  1. 5118 BITTON HIGH STREET (east side) Oldland L-shaped barn range to south-east of Westoncourt Farmhouse ST 67 SE 4/127 29.12.80 II GV 2. C18 with extension dated 1813. Latter is built of pennant stone rubble with brick dressings. Pantile roof. Coped verges with saddlestones. Gable end to west has porthole window above a modern opening, datestone R E J (?) 1813 with Union Fire Insurance Mark over. Long sides have one porthole window on first floor and segment headed door with porthole window to side. This part forms 'L' plan wing to old half hipped barn also with porthole gable windows.
