Description
Star Farmhouse and the attached stable to the left are a farmhouse and stable built in the early to mid 18th century, with a remodel in the mid 19th century. The structure is made of coursed rubble and features a Cotswold stone slate mansard roof with coped verges and ashlar end stacks. The building has two storeys and attics with dormers. It is divided into two parts, with 19th-century sash windows; the left range is at a lower level and has windows with edge roll moulded surrounds, while the right range features paired windows. There is a projecting central modern porch. To the left of the farmhouse is the attached stable, which has a Bridgewater tiled roof, a central plank door, and a loft door above.
