This estate cottage, located 50 yards to the west of the Post Office, dates from the early 18th century. It features a rendered exterior and a Cotswold stone slate roof, along with ashlar stacks that have a cornice. The building is two storeys high with attics in gabled dormers and consists of two bays. It has two-light casement cross windows that include lead cames and iron casement stays. To the right of the cottage, there is a panelled door that is sheltered by a flat stone hood supported by brackets. The property is enclosed by a low coped squared rubble boundary wall, which has capped low piers.
