Description
This is an estate house located immediately to the east of The Lodge on Kennel Drive, dating from the early 18th century. The house is rendered and features a Cotswold stone slate roof with ashlar stacks that have a cornice. It is designed in the Queen Anne style and has two storeys with five bays. The windows are 2-light cross windows with lead cames and iron casement stays. The central entrance has a panelled door that is sheltered by a flat hood supported on brackets. The front boundary wall is made of low coped squared rubble and includes capped low piers.
