Description
The Lodge is an estate lodge built in the mid to late 19th century, designed in the Tudor Gothic style. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a slate roof that overhangs with carved boarding, along with a diagonal stack. The building has an L-shaped plan, with the west wing being half-hexagonal. It stands two storeys tall and includes casement windows with lead cames. The south wing has a 1-2-1 light bay with a 2-light casement window beneath a drip mould. The west wing features single and 2-light casements with moulded and chamfered surrounds. There is a single-storey porch located in the re-entrant angle, which has a four-panel door.
