Description
Pear Tree Cottage is an estate cottage dating from the late 18th century. It has a rendered exterior and a Cotswold stone slate roof, with rubble end stacks. The building is two storeys high and features three windows and a door on the ground floor, which includes 2- and 3-light casement windows. The entrance has a 20th-century plank door and a lattice porch.
