GV II Town house with later shop, later reinstated as a house. C18. Stucco with stucco plinth and bands; steep slate roof. Single-depth plan. Three storeys; two-window range. Possibly original hornless sashes with glazing bars to upper floors, horned copy to ground-floor left and pair of horned sashes to former shop window on the right. Central doorway with overlight and flush-panelled door.

INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
