Description

Park Cottage is a small house dating from the late 18th century. It features walls made of Plymouth limestone rubble and a steep dry slate roof with brick end stacks. The building has a two-room plan and stands two storeys high, presenting a symmetrical two-window front with a shallow gabled central porch. The windows and door are from the 20th century but are set in their original openings. The interior has not been inspected.
