Description

A pair of cottages located on Plymstock Road, Plymstock, dating from the 18th century. They are constructed of painted rubble walls, with later additions to the height of the walls. The roof is dry slate, steeply pitched and lower at the rear, with rubble end stacks, the right-hand stack later extended with brick. The cottages have a double-depth plan, including a later rear outshut. The front elevation is symmetrical, featuring three windows per storey. The windows and doors are 20th-century replacements. A slate hood shelters the central pair of doorways. The interior has not been inspected.
