House in row, now used as offices. Early C19. Stucco; roof behind parapet with moulded and beaded cornice; 2 hipped roof dormers and smaller dormer between. Double-depth plan with probably 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall. 2 storeys plus attic; symmetrical 3-window front. Original hornless sashes with glazing bars, the 1st-floor sashes taller. Central distyle Tuscan porch with moulded entablature; 10-panel door. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
