Description

This is a mid-19th century house in a row, located in Plymouth. The exterior is constructed of dressed and coursed Plymouth limestone, with random-height limestone courses and a moulded limestone parapet concealing the roof. Chimneys are built of dressed stone. The house follows a double-depth plan, likely containing two rooms at the front and a central entrance hall. It is three storeys high, with a symmetrical three-window facade. Original 12-pane hornless sash windows are set within plain stone architraves, and a sill string runs along the first floor. The central doorway has a pair of 20th-century three-panel doors. The interior was not inspected, but is likely to be of interest.
