Detached house. Probable C17 core with early C19 south addition. Colourwashed roughcast with stone copings, slate roof to C19 wing, pantiles and slates to C17 range. T-shaped plan. South front of 2 storeys, 3 windows. All windows are C20 twelve-pane sashes in segmental heads. Lean-to full-length verandah, glazed to the left-hand with cast iron barley sugar columns and wreathed spandrels. Double span roof, end rendered stacks. Similar early C19 fenestration to C17 wing; plank door in west facade, also 2-leaf glazed kitchen door.
