GV II Detached Farmhouse, C16 core, much C20 alterations. Rubble-stone walls. Plain tile mansard roof, C20. Brick stacks at each gable end with large C20 concrete cornices. One storey and attics. Three windows, ground floor has sashes and glazing-bars. Large dormers are three-light C20 metal casements. Plank door, left of centre, with two glass lights. Wooden frames.

Interior: compartmented moulded ceiling-beans in ground floor, C16.
