Description
12 and 13 Wesley Street are two houses built in the early 19th century, located in Weymouth. The houses feature a rendered exterior for No. 13 and Flemish bond brickwork for No. 12, both topped with slate roofs. They are two storeys tall with an attic, each having one window. No. 12 has a flat-roofed dormer with replacement windows, while No. 13 retains its original sash windows, including a 9-pane window in the flat-roofed dormer above a 20-pane window in the reveals. To the right of each house, there is a painted-over radial fanlight set under a brick arch on imposts, along with a 19th-century panelled door for No. 13. The buildings have a small stone plinth, a plain mid-band, a deep ovolo-mould stone cornice, a blocking course, and a coped parapet, with a ridge stack on each left party wall. The interior has not been inspected.
