2 houses in group, constructed with No.20 Commercial Road (qv). Early C19. Rendered (No.13) or Flemish bond Broadmayne brickwork (No.12), slate roofs. 2 storeys and attic, each 1 window. No.12 has a flat-roofed dormer above replacement windows, but No.13 retains sashes, to the flat-roofed dormer (9-pane) over 20-pane in reveals. To the right of each under a brick arch on imposts a painted-over radial fanlight, and with C19 panelled door to No.13. Small stone plinth, plain mid-band, deep ovolo-mould stone cornice, blocking course and coped parapet; ridge stack to each left party wall. INTERIOR not inspected.
