Description

These are three early 19th-century houses built in a terrace on Bath Street, Weymouth. Numbers 4, 5, and 6 are constructed with Flemish bond brickwork, although number 4 has a rendered façade. They have slate roofs and two storeys with attics, each featuring a single window. Each house has a flat-roofed dormer with six panes. Number 4 has four-pane sashes, and a prominent canted oriel window at the first floor. Numbers 5 and 6 have sixteen-pane sashes set in flush moulded boxes, with a splayed brick arch above each, framing a six-panel door and a small, plain fanlight. The buildings share a small stone plinth, a mid-height plain band, and two ridge stacks. The interiors of numbers 5 and 6 are largely unaltered on the street front, while number 4 has been modified.
