Includes: Nos.18 AND 19 COMMERCIAL ROAD. Terrace of 3 houses on corner site. Early C19. Mostly rendered brick, exposed to No.19; slate roof, hipped to corner. 3 storeys. No.14 has symmetrical 3-window front with stucco voussoirs to flat arches over 12-pane and second-floor 9-pane sashes; 2 semicircular-arched doorways. Plat bands continue to Commercial Road elevation, which has similar doorways; 2 C19 sash windows to No.4 on left, otherwise late C20 replacement windows including to canted first-floor oriels. INTERIOR: not inspected. Prominent position at end of row.
