Description
No. 14 Bath Street is a Grade II listed terrace of three houses located on a corner site in Weymouth, dating from the early 19th century. The building is mostly rendered brick, with No. 19 exposed, and features a hipped slate roof at the corner. It stands three storeys tall and has a symmetrical front with three windows. The front displays stucco voussoirs above flat arches over 12-pane sash windows on the ground and second floors, and there are two semicircular-arched doorways. Plat bands extend to the elevation on Commercial Road, which has similar doorways and two 19th-century sash windows to No. 4 on the left. The remaining windows are late 20th-century replacements, including those in the canted first-floor oriels. The interior has not been inspected. This building occupies a prominent position at the end of the row.
