Description
Nos. 1, 2, and 3 Bath Street is a terrace of three houses built in the early 19th century. They are rendered over brickwork laid in English garden wall bond and topped with slate roofs. The buildings are two storeys high with an attic, each featuring one window with glazing-bar sashes, although the windows in No. 3 have been modified. Each house has a small flat-roofed two-light casement dormer and an oriel bow window with eight, twelve, and eight panes, adorned with a dentil cornice. The ground floor of each house includes a twelve-pane window, though the bars have been removed in No. 3. To the left of the ground floor, there is a plain arch above 20th-century doors with plain fanlights. The ridge stack is located on the right party walls, and there is a small stone plinth. No. 1 features an eaves roof, while Nos. 2 and 3 have simple parapets, with No. 2's parapet cut back above the oriel. The left end of the terrace has a plain return. The interior was not inspected, and at the time of the survey, No. 1 was empty and in poor condition.
