Pair of houses. Late C18. Red brick with grey headers in Flemish bond, painted render to ground floor of No.7. Hipped plain tile roof over each house. Brick stack to left of No.7 and to centre of No.9. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, each 1 bay. Each has 3 stone steps with attached guard rail up to door on right. Door to No.7 has 6 moulded panels, semicircular wreathed fanlight with radial glazing bars, panelled reveal and soffit, flanking engaged columns with projecting entablature over. Two 12-pane sashes to left. Door to No.9 has 6 moulded panels set within panelled reveal; C20 pilasters with pediment over. To left 16-pane sash. No.7 has tripartite canted oriel window at first floor with centre sash of 16 panes and flanking sashes of 8 panes; moulded apron panel, moulded strips dividing lights and frieze and modillion cornice over. No.9 has tripartite bow oriel window, centre sash of 12 panes and flanking sashes of 8 panes, moulded apron, pilasters flanking window and frieze and cornice over. On second floor No.7 has paired 12-pane sashes and No.9 has 16-pane sash. Brick dentil band over second floor and coped parapets. C20 brickwork to parapet of No.7. INTERIOR not inspected.
