The building features painted brickwork that is rendered below the ground floor window sills, and it has a plain tile roof with a central brick stack on the rear pitch. The house is two storeys high with an attic and consists of two bays.
The entrance door, located on the right, has six fielded panels, with the upper two being glazed. It is surrounded by a panelled frame and has a flat hood supported by shaped brackets above. To the left of the door and on the first floor, there are two 12-pane sash windows. A brick band course is present at the first floor level, and there is a modillion eaves cornice at the roofline. A round-headed dormer is also featured. The roof extends through to No. 11 Lombard Street. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
