Description
Glebe Cottage and the attached outbuilding are a single cottage dating from the 18th century. The cottage features rubble walls with brick quoins and has a half-hipped thatch roof with a brick stack at the ridge, topped with a 20th-century addition. It is two storeys high and has a range of three to four windows, which have 20th-century metal casements set in enlarged openings with new brick jambs, concrete cills, and lintels. A large diagonal rubble and brick buttress is located at the southeast corner. To the left of the centre, there is a plank door with a window opening above it. The early 19th-century brick porch has a lean-to slate roof. The attached outbuilding is constructed of rubble with brick quoins and has a slate roof, consisting of one storey and featuring a plank door.
