Description
Rowe Hill Farm House is a farmhouse that likely dates from the early 19th century. It features roughcast cob walls and a thatched roof that is hipped at the left end. There are two brick chimneys, one at the right end and one near the left end. The building is two storeys high, and the left section appears to be a later addition. The entrance includes a part glazed panelled door set within a glazed timber porch that has a gabled slate roof with bargeboard. Near the left end, there is another part glazed door located inside an added conservatory. On the ground floor, there are three casement windows with horizontal glazing bars, which are framed by raised plastered surrounds that include vermiculated keystones. The first floor also has three similar casement windows, but these do not have surrounds. At the rear, there is a large 20th-century addition with plastered walls and a slate roof.
