NEWLAND (north side) No 91 (Greystones) including dwarf wall, railings and gate

GV II Late C18 to early to mid C19 front. One bay in two storeys and attic, adjoining No. 89 and continuing in the same plane, and to the east, two window bays in three storeys, recessed. Pebbledash front. Slate roof. The western part has a two storey segmental bow with three-light sash windows; on lower floor there are moulded strips between lights. Two segmental headed dormers. One window bay in east return. The recessed three storey frontage has sash windows with flush frames and glazing bars. Doorway has good fanlight and peaked canopy on wrought iron brackets. Low ashlar dwarf wall. Rails with spear-headed finials both to railings and gate; standards at intervals with urn finials.

No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
