Description

Approximately 360 meters of garden wall encloses Cranborne Manor Garden Centre, located about 80 meters southeast of Cranborne Manor. This wall, dating from the 18th or 19th century, is constructed of chalk cob on a brick plinth and features a tiled coping. It stands approximately 3 meters high, and in some areas, the layering of the cob, which is a result of its construction method, is clearly visible. This wall is likely the most impressive cob wall in the village.
