The cob walling at The Manor House is a garden enclosure that dates from the 18th and 19th centuries. It stands about 1.5 metres high and is built on flint and brick footings. The wall features thatched capping on the north and west sides, pantiles on the south side, and Welsh slates on the east side. It is well preserved and surrounds the garden on four sides.
