Description
Fives Court Row, located on West Bay Road, consists of buildings numbered 12 to 30 (even) and dates from the 19th century. The row features hammer-dressed stone, with the exception of numbers 12 and 14, which are constructed of red brick. Numbers 12 to 22 have modern pitched pantile roofs, while numbers 24 to 30 have pitched slate roofs. The buildings have mostly modern red brick stacks and are two storeys high. Each building has a range of contemporary casement windows, except for numbers 12 and 14, which feature sash windows with glazing bars. Fives Court Row, along with No 2 and all the Brewery Buildings, forms a cohesive group.
