Dated 1857. Hammer dressed stone. Double pitched slate roof, of which south ends are pyramidal with flat tops. 3 storeys and attics. 7 ranges of segment-headed windows, some glazed, some with lattice work grilles. 2 attic windows with glazing bars in north gable ends. Full height extension at south-west corner.

Nos. 2, all the Brewery Buildings, and Nos. 1 to 30 Fives Court Row form a group.
