Description
The cottages within the Bridport Old Brewery site date from the early to mid-19th century. They are rendered with a pitched slate roof and have coped gable ends. The buildings are two storeys tall with attics. The first floor features two ranges of windows, consisting of sashes with glazing bars, while the ground floor has French casements with marginal glazing bars. There is also an attic casement with glazing bars on the east end elevation. An extension to the east has a hipped slate roof and is two storeys high, with one sash window with glazing bars and one pointed arched casement on the first floor. The ground floor of this extension is obscured by a greenhouse. These cottages, along with all the Brewery Buildings and Nos 12 to 30 Fives Court Row, form a group.
