Early/mid C19. Former toll-house (c.f. Magdalen Farmhouse, West Allington). Red brick. Hipped slate roof with wide eaves. 2 storeys. 3 ranges of casements with glazing bars, those on ground floor round headed with projecting keystones. Voussoirs appear to have been stuccoed. No 2, all the Brewery Buildings, and Nos 12 to 30 Fives Court Row form a group.
