Description

Two headstones are located approximately 5 meters south of the south door to the aisle of the Church of St Andrew in Weymouth. These monuments are made of Portland stone and date from 1704 and 1727. The headstone closer to the aisle features a scrolled top, with the date 1727 visible, although the rest of the inscription is not legible. The second stone, situated to the south, also has a scrolled top and includes an incised margin surrounding a flush panel. The date 1704 can be seen on this stone, but the remainder of the inscription is not readable.
