Description

Wychwood is a cottage in a row, originally dating from the 17th century, although with later alterations, particularly to the windows. It has rubble-stone walls and a thatched roof with a block ridge. A 20th-century brick stack is located at the left-hand gable. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows, each with a three-light wooden casement, gabled in design. These windows have wooden lintels, but lack cills, and date to the 20th century. A 20th-century plank front door, featuring ornamental hinges and a wooden lintel, is positioned on the left-hand side.
