Description

Burwell Cottage and Number 2 Church Street are two attached cottages dating from the 18th century. They feature rubble-stone walls and a thatched roof. There are 20th-century rubble-stone stacks at both the left and right ends, with the right stack being on the party wall with Number 2. The cottages are two storeys high and have three windows, which are three-light wooden casements with glazing bars, wooden cills, and lintels. The entrance to Burwell Cottage has a central plank door, also from the 20th century, while Number 2 has a plank door located to the left of centre, which includes two top lights and a wooden lintel above.
