Description

Long Cottage is a cottage that dates from the 17th century and was altered in the 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a pantile roof. The building has two ridge stacks and a single gable brick stack. It is a single-storey structure with seven bays. The off-centre plank door is topped by a 20th-century wooden hood and is flanked on either side by large three-light glazing bar casements. Additionally, there are smaller similar casements beside these, and to the right, there are two small two-light glazing bar casements. All the windows are adorned with painted stone lintels.
