Description

Southview is a cottage built in the late 18th century. It features coursed rubble construction and a pantile ridge roof with stone-coped gables and three red brick stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. There is a central doorway with a glazed 20th-century door. On either side of the doorway, there are tripartite casement windows, all three openings are segment-headed with brick voussoirs. Above, there are three casements, with the centre one being a sliding casement, and all have wooden lintels.
