Description

The Old Post House is a cottage that dates from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed from coursed and squared rubble, with some areas featuring planted timber framing and brick. The roof is thatched, and there are end stacks made of brick. The building has two storeys and consists of two bays. It features three-light casements, each with a single horizontal glazing bar. The central door opening contains a 19th-century part-glazed door, and there is a 20th-century gabled porch with shingles.
