Description

The Mill at Stockwood Mill is a detached mill built in the early 19th century. It features coursed, squared stone walls and has a gable end facing north, topped with a slate roof. The building stands 2 and a half storeys tall and has two windows on the north elevation, each consisting of two lights and framed with square stone architraves. The windows have cast-iron casements with glazing bars. There is a plank door entrance on the right side at ground level, along with a plank loft door above it. A mill wheel was formerly located on the east side of the building.
