Description

Eden Close is a building that originally comprised three cottages, dating from around 1600, and is now a single house. The exterior features coursed rubble walls topped with a 20th-century tiled roof. It has stone stacks at both ends and in the center, with brick capping. The building is two storeys high and has irregular fenestration, with 20th-century wooden casements that include leaded lights throughout. There is a central door, and to the right of this door, the ground floor openings have segmental arches, while above the door and to the left, there are concrete lintels. Inside, notable features include a ceiling with deep chamfered intersecting beams and a fireplace that has a chamfered four-centered head.
