Description

Gwyers is a house dating from the early 17th century, constructed of squared, coursed rubble with a tiled roof featuring gable ends. It has stone stacks on the left gable and in the centre right. The building is two storeys high and has a five-window range. The fourth bay from the left includes a four-light chamfered stone mullioned window with a returned label, while above it is a similar window without a label. The remaining windows consist of two, three, and four-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. There is a 20th-century glazed door set under a wooden lintel.
