Description
Bockton Cottage and Pump Cottage are a pair of semi-detached estate cottages, likely built in the mid-19th century. They feature brick walls with lighter brick dressings and tiled roofs, which include some fish scale tiling. The gables are coped and have moulded kneelers. Each cottage has a central brick stack with recessed panels on the sides and an oversailing cap. The cottages are two storeys high, with entrances located in the end gable walls. On the front elevation, each cottage has two plain casements under segmental brick arches on each floor. These cottages are included for their group value.
