Description

The Farmers Arms is a single house that was formerly a public house, dating from the late 18th century. It features coursed, dressed stone walls and has a plinth. The roof is thatched with gable ends, and there are brick stacks at both the left and right gables, each with moulded cornices. The building is two storeys high and has three windows, which are three-light wooden casements with glazing bars and old glass. The windows also have flush keystones. The front door is centrally located, made of planks with strap-hinges and a wooden frame. Above the door, there is a hipped thatch porch roof supported by square wooden posts.
