Description

The Thatched Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the mid-18th century. It features rubble-stone walls and a thatched roof with gable ends. There are brick stacks at each gable, with the right stack being rebuilt in the 20th century. The cottage is two storeys high and has three windows, which are 2-light wooden casements with glazing bars, along with wooden cills and lintels. The front door, located at the right gable end, is a glazed 20th-century addition with a small thatch canopy above it.
